Cancellation of Estimates / Proposals

It is very important that you specify exactly what is required in your Request for Quotation document that you give to 247highway, so that there can be no later misunderstandings as to what is included in an estimate or proposal or not.

Every 247highway estimate/proposal is calculated and based strictly on the requirements and information supplied by the client - either as discussed or as outlined in the client's supplied documentation.

247highway reserves the right to immediately cancel any estimate or proposal if the client requires new and/or additional functionality that is not itemised in the original estimate or proposal.

Any design or development work already completed for the estimate/proposal will be billed at prevailing development fees per hour.

247highway will gladly prepare an entirely new estimate/proposal for approval incorporating the new requirements.
